About 2 years ago we embarked on the most zealous endeavor ever! Our goal was to restructure our entire platform to overcome some of the biggest challenges real estate professionals face today. 

We realized that unmanaged real estate websites just don’t work like they use to. With competition stemming from major portals, iBuyers, and behemoth brokers, real estate professionals require a web presence that is completely different than what was required just a few years ago.

These custom solutions are built on top of our world-class platform, Zealder CMS, which means that the infrastructure is reliable, solid, and is continuously improving.

This new approach is more personal (you get a dedicated Account Manager that interact with you directly instead of a faceless corporation). We believe that real estate professionals will proactively take back control of the industry, and we want to be their partner in doing so.

So why the name change?

We know you have many questions and we’ve put together this summary to help you understand the transition. 

• Is Agent BizzUp going out of business or under new management?
  No. On the contrary. We’ve restructured our business model to service the modern era of real estate web technology.
• Will Agent BizzUp stop providing real estate website that I control?
  No. Our existing website plans are still been offered as Do-it-yourself products. In fact, our Managed Services and our Do-it-yourself products share the same underlying infrastructure. However, over the next few months we will revamp many of our existing features and introducing new ones.
• Why “Zealder”?
  Quite simply, we wanted a shorter name that better reflect our brand and culture.

We’re also opening up! In addition, we’re building Zealder CMS, a completely open source platform. We decided to go open with our technology because we believe in the power of the open web.
